Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit instead.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after delivery to us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale (including clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@northcurrentgear.com with:
1) Your order number
2) The item(s) you want to return/exchange
3) The reason for return (or the size/item you need for an exchange)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps and return instructions.
